A wonderful site maintained by Professor of English Charles Darling and is a wonderful resource for any writer. Though the site is a bit confusing at times, they have wonderful tips on grammar that can help you become a better writer.
The famous Purdue University now has their own online lab with many resources for the english language. Since this is based around a University, t he site offers a lot of exercises for students in a lot of categories. You might want to check this out if you are taking College or University level English classes.

W3 Schools is a great resource site for HTML, CSS, XHTML and other web related languages and codes. The online tutorials are very good and they taught me what I needed to know for this site. Enjoy playing games? Penny Arcade enjoys making fun of games and the gaming industry. Their site has been online for a long time and has a vast audience among teens and adults. Though some content can be offense to young viewers, it is still a great site. Me and my bro love it. ^_^
Dilbert is one of my favorite cartoons, and the fact that I get a free Dilbert comic every day by email makes it even better. Dilbert offers a hilarious view on today’s corporate life and is known for its sarcasm and irony.
