Millennial Fair – Computer Art by Jonathan Wu

Ever since I started working with Adobe Photoshop 6, I developed a love for computer graphics, and through Millennial Fair you can see how I use different PS elements in the buttons and banners. There are also a lot of other graphics that I make outside of Millennial Fair, and this is a small collection of what I think are my best works. Enjoy!

Banners:

Alys Brangwin Banner [War of Genesis III]
Ask D.N.A. Banner [Unknown Anime]
Beramode Banner [War of Genesis III]
Beramode Banner II [War of Genesis III]
Imperfection Banner [Full Metal Alchemist]
Neo-Utada Banner [Utada Hikaru]
Mika-sensei Banner [Sensei no Ojikan]

Winter Moon

Winter Moon

This wallpaper will be the last Winter wallpaper for at least another year! The background for this wallpaper comes from the Oborodukiyo ~Inori single by Mika Nakashima. The character is of course from Magna Carta, which seems to be an endless source of material for me. Enjoy this wallpaper!

Winter Wonder

Winter Wonder

This wallpaper actually got started when I was clueless on how to finish another wallpaper that I am working on. I was going to use this cute girl for it, but since she has such a distinctive Winter look, I decided to get her a wallpaper of her own. The background is sliced to make it look like she stands in the front of the picture. The background is a castle in germany. The Japanese reads “Fuyu no Kiseki”, or Winter Wonder.

Orange Dreams

Orange Dreams

This wallpaper was made with a picture of Calintz from Magna Carta: The Phantom Avalanche. It’s a very bright wallpaper with mainly orange as color, as well as shades of white and red. For the background I used a lot of different brushes to get the effect you see now. The zip files contains a 1024 x 768 and an 800 x 600 version.

Frozen Tears

Frozen Tears

My first experiment with snowflakes. I used different layers of backgrounds to come up the with effect I ended up with and I quite like it that way. The lady in the picture is also from Magna Carta and I always thought she was beautiful in a sad sort of way. The quote is from a poem I wrote long ago. The zip files contains a 1024 x 768 and an 800 x 600 version.
